November Updates 🖤

Hi Everyone. :)

It’s kind of crazy that I get the privilege to teach yoga weekly, to see private patients/clients, and be able to do what I love on the side. I get to email hundreds of you in my inbox when I send these out, so please know that I always put in so much thought into what I have to say, while also speaking from the heart.

That being said, there became a part of me at the beginning of October/Late September that just burnt out. Burnt out from everything: work, relationships, and having no time for my hobbies. I think the internet always wants us to be “good” and to be achieving things. The lives of other people doing things make them interesting. But sometimes, you just don’t want to do any of it.

Personally, I think that is completely normal. Artists like Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, and more take breaks. You cannot constantly be creating and inspiring without needing to take a rest break for a bit. As a Manifesting Generator (which is all Human Design, a topic I’d been interested in for years), I like to do multiple things. I also used to feel shame for that, but now I embrace all of my interests in recipes, the Goop Podcast obsessions, the yoga and meditation, and I do what feels right in each moment.

I truly do think that is the only way to live: To work hard, take breaks, and to do what feels right in each moment. Not from an impulsive place, but from an intuitive place (and it takes a lot of work to know the difference).

I’m currently figuring out a lot of what I want to do with my site and where I want to go. At the end of the day, I want to share what I love and build a community, which is what I have slowly been doing for years without even realizing it until later on. I want to thank you for being on this journey with me. 🫶🏻

I hope that if anything this email inspires you to know that if you’re feeling overwhelmed, you can take a break. You can meditate and move your body to help with that too. Wellness is all about the simple acts of showing up for yourself when/where you can in this busy life. (And by the way, my YouTube now has many of my classes and is being updated each week).

I’ve been posting way more on social media, but as of this month plan to add back in my email blasts too. :) If you follow me you can see that I went to Manhattan, took many fitness classes and drank a ton of coffee, which is my ideal life, and even lead a live meditation from NYC. In between that, I’m still working with people and teaching yoga, so would love nothing more than to see you on the mat - in person or on video.

Lastly, I added a products page to my website in which I am slowly starting to add products/foods that I use, because that is one of my most FAQ’s. I also uploaded a few new recipes, yoga classes, and meditations, and am bringing on *psssst*, another instructor to my videos starting in January. ☺️ (so while I have been saying I am sitting still… I really haven’t been!).

Other updates: Finding natural nail products has been fun, my hair is getting SO long with new products (message me if interested), I’m on a 98 day meditation streak, and my social media accounts are growing. London is almost done with heart worm treatment, and I take my day-by-day so much slower with therapy each week. Don’t neglect that form of self care. 🖤

I hope you have the absolute best week. I hope that this inspires you to follow your intuition and to go against the conventional ways of being if you feel out of alignment with them. Find your stride, most definitely find some strength in the process (physically and emotionally), and be grateful for it all.

Sending you all so much love. 🤎

Xo,
B
